Challenges you face when learning/teaching online

This pandemic obliged us to teach students from far distances(online learning). This process is new for both students and parents. Students wages lots of problems via online learning. Teaching in this way forces educators to view their instructional and teaching practices differently. While teaching online, we won't be able to control everything. Educating our students with the basic online safety protocols will be beneficial to everyone. Some teachers only share the material to students without teaching it like PowerPoints presentation, videos...In this way students are not acquiring real, long lasting knowledge even they didn't understand the concept. So teachers must have a zoom meeting to discuss the prepared lessons and issues to take all students questions and clarify the ambiguous points. Moreover,  the number of the electronic devices is limited which can be very inconvenient for the teachers to make the online sessions for all classes at the same time. Losing the internet connection during the lecture or even while testing students and the teachers don't take this in consideration and graded students according to the answered questions. The deficiency of the electricity also another problem that students suffer from so the teachers must record the session in case students didn't have electricity.
